
Fruit Tart
If the word “tart” conjures up images of fancy French bakeries, you should know I called it “pizza” instead when I was a kid — and if I made it then, so can vous. — Ashley
You’ll Need:
Pizza pan
One roll of sugar cookie dough
An 8-oz. package of cream cheese
Lots of fruit. I like to use strawberries, bananas, mandarin oranges, blueberries,
pineapple slices, and kiwi.
1) Roll cookie dough onto a pizza pan with a rolling pin. (A clean empty wine
bottle will work too.)
2) Cook for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees.
3) Spread cream cheese with a butter knife, just like you would with a bagel.
4) Cut and arrange fruit.
